Rooms lack basic amenities such as slippers, drinking water, and wardrobe space. There were no directions provided for contacting room service or reception, leading to inconvenience. The absence of partitions on the balconies compromises privacy, and the lack of recycling bins throughout the hotel indicates missed opportunities for sustainability. Closing times for facilities can be frustrating. Everything shut down at 9:30 PM on New Year's Eve, limiting options for celebrating.

Staying here was fantastic, especially with its close proximity to the Frisian Museum and the Ceramics Museum Princessehof, both just a pleasant stroll away. The staff were attentive throughout my stay, and the room was spacious and modern.

The restaurant prices were quite high, and simpler dining options would have been nice. The staff friendliness varied. Some were attentive while others seemed indifferent. Finding the place at night was a bit tricky, and the balcony's lack of partitions was concerning for privacy.
